SALES SUPERVISOR

Sales Supervisor is expected to ensure maximum sales and profitability of the assigned shop through:

• Leadership to your sub-ordinates through examplary performance
• Training and guiding junior and new sales staff on customer service, merchandising and product knowledge.
• Effective implementation and monitoring of marketing and promotional programmes
• Efficient communication with management on customer requirements and stock positions
• Creativity, Innovative and Diligence

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in any field
• At least 2 years of supervisory skill/experience
• Strong leadership & great interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and flexible hours and on weekends and public holidays

SALES PROMOTERS

Sales Promoters are expected to maximize sales and profitability of the assigned shop through:

• Excellent customer service
• Knowing our products well and recommending them to customers
• Advising customer queries on product use and care
• Arranging product display and maintaining a tidy sales area
• Effective management of stocks

Requirements

• Highly motivated, exude a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Malay
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays

M.S. Titanstar Restaurant Sdn. Bhd., which owns and operates the Secret Recipe Cakes and Cafe in Brunei Darussalam, has the following job opportunities for diligent and creative individuals

1. SUPERVISOR/ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Must posses at least Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years working experience in the related field
• Strong in communication skills
• Able to work under minimum supervision

2. SERVICE CREW/KITCHEN CREW

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification
• Pleasant personality with interpersonal skills with good communication in English & Malay
